Easy like Sunday morning.....Simplicity 1616 Review

So, I had to have this skirt after I saw the one Adrienne made for her daughter... I was so glad that Joann's was having a pattern sale on Simplicity patterns, being that I didn't own this pattern...
Jessica Simpson wedges and my favorite nail polish of the moment :)
This has simply has to be one of the easiest garments that I have EVER made. I mean I cut the fabric while on the phone with my girlfriend, and sewed it up while my boys ate breakfast.." Easy like Sunday morning"... The fabric is a knit that looks like denim that I purchased from Joann's last year. This skirt will definitely be in rotation, and I also have plans for a few more! Please don't judge me lol... Well ladies I hope you have had a wonderful weekend! I wish you a blessed week ahead, and as always: Be blessed and nothin' less and continue to stay fearlessly fierce!

  1. Sure make more! I'll bet it will make a wonderful "I've got to get dressed to go out" on the spur of the moment skirt That skirt looks great on you and the fact that it's a denim looking knit - what could be better. Gives me an idea because I have a similar looking denim like knit in my stash that I was saving to make leggings. The easy Simplicity skirt sounds much better. No judgment here sister!
